“What was the purpose of these first two days of science class and what are my plans for this year?”

  The purpose of the first two days of Science class were largely revolved around the idea of teamwork, building excitement for the science year, and learning mindsets to approach our learning with. The Marshmallow Challenge was a teamwork building exercise, as well as teaching us to take risks and experiment with different approaches to a problem or goal. The Skateboarding and Yoda video was to teach us about not giving up, and that perseverance will be rewarded in the future. All of these skills and mindsets will greatly help us while expanding our knowledge in Science as well as other subjects in the coming years.
